Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $1M or more a year, set up as an LLC, S corp, partnership or something else.
  • Your CPA files a clean return every spring but never sits down with you before the year closes.
  • Revenue keeps climbing, and so does the check you send the IRS every April.
  • Your entity was picked years ago, and nobody has questioned it since.
  • Your salary and owner draws were never planned together.
  • You'd rather hand off the setup, the filings and the paperwork than handle them yourself.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees who don't own a business.
  • Owners whose business does under $1M a year.
  • Anyone who wants to copy a tax trick they saw on social media.
  • Anyone who'd rather buy equipment they don't need just to get a deduction.
  • Anyone who only wants a return filed each spring.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

How Angie and her team design, document and put your tax strategy in place during the year.

We Learn Your Full Picture

We start with your recent returns, your entity and this year's projections, and we get to know your income, what you own and your goals before we recommend anything.

We Design It With You

We research the best options for your situation, then walk you through each one so we decide the plan together before anything is put in place.

We Rework Your Structure

We rebuild the setup behind your business, which often means a different entity and a different way of paying you, so it fits the income you earn today.

We Add Retirement And Deductions

We layer in retirement strategies designed for high earners and capture the credits and deductions you already qualify for. When you hold rental or business property, it goes into the same strategy.

We Handle The Setup And Paperwork

The implementation is ours. We set up each change, handle the filings and keep the documentation behind it, so your return simply reports what we already put in place.

Books, Payroll And Returns Too

We also handle bookkeeping, payroll, outsourced CFO work and tax preparation, so the person who plans your year can be the one who files your return.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to replace my CPA?+
No. Nobody's asking you to fire your CPA on the call. We do prepare returns ourselves, so the person who plans your year can be the one who files it, and we can talk through what makes sense for you.
Why hasn't my CPA brought any of this up?+
Most CPAs are trained to report history: they put the right numbers in the right boxes and file on time. That work matters, but it happens after the year is over, when the options that could have cut your bill have already expired.
Is this legitimate, or just another tax trick from social media?+
It's the incentives built into the tax code on purpose, the same ones large corporations use through their own tax and legal departments. We don't use gimmicks or take aggressive positions. We design each change around your situation, put it in place properly and document it as we go.
Do I have to spend money to save on taxes?+
Usually not. Most of the savings come from what you already have: your entity, how you take money out of the business, and deductions and credits you qualify for but never claimed. Retirement contributions do leave your checking account, but they land in an account with your name on it, sized to what your cash flow can handle.
Is it too late to lower my 2026 taxes?+
No, but the calendar matters. What you save on your 2026 return depends on what's in place by December 31st, so the sooner we start, the more options are still open. The savings show up when your 2026 return is filed.
How much does it cost?+
Our fee isn't published. Angie quotes it up front on the strategy call, and she generally doesn't take on a client unless she believes she can deliver at least a 200% return on what they pay us.
Do you work with businesses outside California?+
Yes. We're based in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we're a virtual firm and serve clients all over the country, so your location doesn't matter.
What happens on the strategy call?+
Angie asks what the business will gross this year, which entity it runs under, how you take money out and what's going toward retirement. Then she shows you where she believes you're overpaying and which fixes still count for 2026. If it isn't a fit, she'll tell you, and you'll still know your numbers better than when you started.
One Last Step

Ready To Find Out Where Your Business Is Overpaying In Taxes?

On the strategy call, Angie looks at your revenue, your entity and how you pay yourself. You'll see where you're overpaying and which fixes can still count before December 31st.
